Welcome to Cetegra Workspace a streamlined, user-friendly platform designed for efficient workflow and seamless integration. To get started, navigate to cloud.cegal.com in your web browser. Log in using your credentials. After signing in, you can personalize the workspace by selecting language and theme. The landing page serves as your central hub, featuring essential modules and widgets for streamlined navigation. The Applications widget is particularly useful, offering access to default applications configured by your company You can also personalize it by adding shortcuts for your frequently used apps. Keep track of your ongoing cases effortlessly with the Cases widget, directly accessible from the landing page for your convenience. Explore the left menu for various modules. Key features include the self-service Catalog for resources and the Video module for helpful tutorials. Now, let's explore the Support module. The cornerstone of Cetegra Care. In the support module in Cetegra Workspace, you can easily create new Cases, follow the status of your ongoing cases and easily get in touch with our support team. To initiate a new case, simply fill out the form on the right and submit. Your case will promptly appear in the Case overview table. Click on any case to view detailed information like its progress and comments. Adding a new comment for further clarification is just a click away. Once a case is resolved, you'll have the option to approve or decline the proposed solution. Approving closes the case, while declining reopens it for further action. If you have ongoing cases in the previous version of ServiceNow, you can easily access them by clicking the "Archived" button.
