In this video we will take a look at the different parts of Cetegra Workspace and we will go through some of the different modules. To access Cetegra Workspace, navigate to cloud.cegal.com and sign in with your account The landing page is the starting point of Cetegra Workspace, and contains applications, links and widgets. Unlock a personalized experience right from your landing page. Simply click 'Edit Dashboard' located at the top right corner, and embark on a journey of customization tailored to your workflow. Effortlessly manage your widgets by toggeling their visibility and rearranging their order ensuring your most used tools are always within easy reach. We will now look at the different parts of the Cetegra Workspace landing page. The main part of the landing page contains the applications and widgets. The available apps and widgets will vary based on the company configuration and your user roles. To open an app, click the app launch icon. Enhance your navigation by adding personal shortcuts. Simply click the three dots next to the widget title, select "Add shortcut" and add the URL to your favorite app or web page. In this example, the users' company has both the Cetegra Client and Cetegra HPD products. The user will then see its registered devices, and also be able to start new HPD sessions directly from the widgets on the landing page. At the top, you can find the powerful search module. Click the search icon or hit Control-P on your keyboard to open the search module. The search module lets you search through modules and content in Cetegra Workspace, like menu items, store content, and users. It is also possible to run the Microsoft Bing Work search to find content from your SharePoint sites and OneDrive. On the left side you can find the navigation panel that includes all enabled features and modules in Cetegra Workspace. The content will vary based on the company configuration and your user role. Click the menu items to open the different modules. Make your navigation seamless by marking menu items as favorites. Simply click the star icon next to the module title while exploring a module, and keep your preferred tools prominently displayed at the top of your menu. Navigate to 'Account Settings' to effortlessly manage your user profile. Whether it's updating your Exchange account password, uploading a new profile picture, or altering the language and color mode of your Cetegra Workspace, it’s all just a click away.
